Prerequisite for processing: fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations –; fulfillment of legal obligations.
The provision of e-mail and telephone number is optional for the purposes of the contractual relationship and failure to provide them does not entail consequences. Naturally, if you ask to be contacted by indicating your e-mail address in the "contact us" section, this entails authorization to process the data.
The provision of other contact data is, however, necessary in order to manage the contractual relationship and in its absence we will not be able to proceed.
The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and specifically: collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication, comparison, interconnection, limitation, cancellation and destruction. Your personal data are subjected to electronic and/or digital processing, with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in a way that guarantees the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves.
Your personal data will not be disclosed, with this term meaning giving knowledge of them to unspecified subjects in any way, but they may be disclosed to specific subjects such as employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as authorised subjects and/or system administrators, as well as to third parties who carry out outsourcing activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as external data controllers for the exclusive purpose of allowing the performance of the service requested by you and to respond to any questions you may have asked. The updated list of Data Controllers may be requested by you at any time from the Data Controller.
Without the need for express consent, the Data Controller may communicate your data to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, as well as to subjects to whom communication is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.
The management and storage of personal data will take place within the European Union on servers of the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed and duly appointed as Data Processors.
It is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to transfer the aforementioned data outside the EU: in this case, it is ensured from now that the transfer will take place in compliance with the provisions of applicable law.
1. Browsing data: will be stored for a maximum of 6 months from the date of receipt;
2. Data collected by filling in the forms in the “Home” and “Contacts” sections: will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your requests; in the event that a contract exists between the parties, such data may be processed for a period of 10 years from the conclusion of the same;
3. Data communicated voluntarily: will be retained for the time necessary to respond to your request;
4. Data collected through cookies: until the end of each session or until the end of the retention period provided for each type of cookie.
Alfotec Internationa Srl uses appropriate security tools and all necessary measures to protect your personal data. However, please note that no transmission of information via the Internet can be guaranteed against access by unauthorized third parties and Alfotec cannot be held responsible for any breach of security that is not attributable to its own negligent behavior.
In your capacity as interested party, you may, at any time, exercise the following rights:
1. to access your personal data, obtaining information on the data processed by the Data Controller and on certain aspects of the processing, including receiving a copy of the data processed;
2. to obtain the rectification and updating of data concerning you;
3. to obtain, in the presence of certain conditions, the cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing of your data;
4. to object to the processing, in the presence of certain conditions;
5. to obtain the portability of the data in the presence of automated processing based on consent, on pre-contractual negotiations or on the execution of a contract;
6. to withdraw consent, where applicable: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
7. to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority or take legal action.

Through this site, some services provided by third parties are made available to users, for example the connection to social network services. Alfotec International would like to point out, however, that the use of social buttons implies consent to the aforementioned transfer and that it is optional, therefore its failure to express itself has no consequences on the existing contractual or pre-contractual relationship; simply, if you do not consent, you should not connect to Facebook or other social media via the Alfotec site, nor use the Google Maps service directly from it.

By disabling cookies, however, some of the services may not function correctly and the user will not be able to access numerous functions designed to optimize the browsing experience.
